Lab 2: Linear Distribution
Welcome to our training lab on Linear Distribution using AWS. In this session, you’ll learn practical skills for setting up and managing a linear distribution system with AWS MediaLive and AWS MediaConnect.
We’ll start by exploring signal routing with AWS MediaConnect, learning to efficiently distribute media content across different locations.
An important part of this lab will be understanding Automatic Repeat reQuest (ARQ) protocols, essential for maintaining the integrity of your media streams.
Finally, you’ll get hands-on experience in delivering linear and HLS (HTTP Live Streaming) outputs, crucial for distributing content to consumers and back to on-premise systems.
